Dads been very sleepy all Dad. The district nurse came at 11am and Dad had to go back to bed even though he'd only just got up, so she visited him upstairs. We told her about the fall going to the postbox and explained Mum has been regularly applying Germaline to the large graze on his knee and changing his dressing twice a day. Good job we had a first aid kit! Anyway she says shes been doing the right thing but now shes gonna take over with changing the dressings. So she changed it today and is coming back Thursday to check it again. Thankfully the black eye has decreased a little. The tablets make Dad hungry all the time now. Hes constantly asking for more food even if he just ate. Mums run off her feet with him. I try to advise her to make a more conscious effort to not take her tiredness and frustration out on him but its very hard for her. Its understandable. Got alot going on tomorrow too, Macmillen liason is coming, Dads OT to look at the bathing situation n the garden furniture will be arriving. Watch this space!
